This is Mike, I've been a comedian for 40 years! Its the best job in the world being able to make people laugh, forget their troubles and enjoy life! I started doing comedy in 1981 I was also 30 years old and spent some time working as an emcee and feature act for comics much much younger than I!It always amazed me, what do these kids have to talk about? They hadn't lived a life yet! I was fortunate enough to work with some amazing acts! I learned from them all and cherish the time I had with them! When I finally became a Headliner some of the acts that opened for me became huge stars! My first time headlining at The Comedy Underground in Seattle my feature act was Greg Proops! Now a huge star! Patton Oswalt, Brian Posehen, Mitch Hedberg to name a few that are now big stars! I was fortunate in 2005 to land a gig as the Comedy Star of SHOWGIRLS and RHINESTONE COWGIRLS. Showgirls was featured on HBO and A&E! in 2006 I had the privilege of going to the middle east to entertain the troops. my 3 tours I did took me to Bahrain, Kuwait and Iraq! it was a life changing experience for sure! in 2008 I watched the HBO show Mr. Warmth The Don Rickles Project  realized at one point in the documentary that I looked like Don! I started to study him ( as he was one of my comedy hero's) and began working on my Don Rickles Tribute show!
